I had a bottle of beer ever 10 minutes and went to the bathroom after the first 90 minutes then started the hold. It didn't tale long at all to be at breaking point (a little over an hour and a half) so I went outside and put on some briefs that I wet down to make it harder to hold. I really tried my hardest to hold it but I was already literally bursting before I started the recording.
